Restorative Yoga
Experience the power of deliberate stillness through fully supported yoga postures, promoting deep relaxation and passive release. Poses will be held for 5–20 minutes, encouraging the body to soften and the mind to settle.
Yoga Nidra + Mini Sound Bath
We’ll conclude with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation — a practice of conscious rest — accompanied by a mini sound bath to support deep healing and integration.
Final Meditation
A brief closing meditation will help seal your practice and leave you grounded and renewed.
